This improvised duo of unprocessed acoustic sounds was recorded live August 9, 2002 at the historic Gasholder Building in Troy, NY. The Gasholder Building is a large, round brick building approximately 40 yards in diameter with a domed roof which was built in 1873. The building was a shell around a huge iron gasholder that rose and fell according to the amount of gas being stored. Kristin sounds the edges while Monique sounds the middle. Recording by Kristin Norderval, mastering by Paul Geluso.

This was recorded October 31, 2002, at the Harvestworks Digital Media Arts, where both Monique and Kristin were 2002 Artists-in-Residence. Kristin and Monique do live processing of their improvisations using their Max/MSP patches along with those written by David Gamper, Holland Hopson, Dafna Naphtali, and Stephen Moore. Recording and mastering by Paul Geluso.
